The Role
At OAK’S LAB, our Recruitment team handles hiring for both our internal roles and our clients' roles. We assist clients in establishing and expanding their European tech hubs as well as hiring within the US. We are looking for a new Recruiter to join our team, with a primary focus on hiring for our clients and a secondary emphasis on internal recruitment for OAK’S LAB.
You will have ownership of the full recruitment cycle for your roles—from attracting, sourcing, evaluating, and interviewing candidates, to partnering with hiring managers to secure the best talent. If you are passionate about recruitment and find fulfillment in hiring top talent and creating meaningful connections, you are the right person for us.
Responsibilities
- Performing role intake meetings
- Defining and enhancing interview processes
- Hosting recruitment update syncs with hiring managers
- Researching and fully understanding the scope of your roles
- Sourcing candidates through various channels
- Extracting value from referral programs
- Owning your job listings and job boards
- Conducting interviews with candidates and evaluating their fit for the role and company
- Communicating with your candidates throughout the whole recruitment process and building meaningful relationships
- Building and nurturing a community of shortlisted candidates
- Contributing to recruitment data reports and making data-informed decisions
- Managing our application tracking system
- Presenting offers to candidates
- Conducting recruitment feedback sessions
Skills & Requirements
- Fluency in English as we are an English-first company
- 2+ years of experience hiring in the tech industry
- Great presentation and communication skills, as recruiters we need to have the ability to make people excited and inspired
- Hands-on experience with sourcing and hiring tech roles
- Upbeat energy and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail
- Results and outcomes-oriented
Nice to have:
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Experience in employer branding
- Experience hiring internationally
- Experience collecting and analyzing recruitment data
